RIDEA Technology can assist you remotely via TeamViewer – QuickSupport (Windows & Mac OSX/MacOS). Assistance can also be provided on Android phones and tablets. It is possible to share the screen of your iPhone or iPad, if it’s running iOS version 11 or higher. You will need to install the TeamViewer QuickSupport app too.
For support on your Windows PC, Apple iMac / MacBook or Android device, simply click the DOWNLOAD button and you will be directed to TeamViewer application download page. You can either save the file you are offered or click ‘Run’ to immediately launch it (recommended) and then contact RIDEA Technology to arrange an appointment to receive your remote support. Contact can be made via telephone or email.
Once you have received your fix, payment can be made online via Bank Transfer, a Credit / Debit Card or by posting a Cheque.
TeamViewer is guaranteed spyware free and is used by thousands of users worldwide. Access is entirely controlled by you and no-one will be able to access your machine without your permission, if you install the software via the links above. Broadband will be required to use this service.
